Information you provide

The trip planner on this website prepares a brief in your browser. It does not send the form to our server, save it in a database or store it in browser storage. Copying or downloading the brief is an action you choose; reloading the page clears the entries. If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media, we receive the details you choose to share. When you arrange a booking with us, we may also need travel details such as names, dates, group size, accommodation preferences and special requirements.

Please do not put passport numbers, payment card details or sensitive medical information in the website trip planner. Payment and booking services you choose may collect information under their own privacy terms.

How we use information

We use enquiry and booking details to respond to you, prepare or manage the travel services you request, coordinate necessary reservations with suppliers, meet legal obligations and handle customer service. We may rely on your request or booking, your consent where needed, legal requirements or our legitimate operational interests, depending on the context.

Who may receive information

We do not sell personal information. If you ask us to arrange travel, we may share relevant details with hotels, transport providers, guides, activity operators, booking platforms and service providers only as needed to plan or deliver that request. Some providers may operate outside your home country. When you follow a link to WhatsApp, email, social media or another external service, that service handles the information you send under its own terms.

Website logs, cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, newsletter sign-up or third-party social media widgets. The hosting provider may process standard connection logs, such as an IP address and request time, to deliver and protect the site. Your browser may use its own settings or retain data when you open an external service.

Keeping information secure and for how long

We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle. We retain enquiry and booking records only for as long as needed to respond, provide the requested services, meet applicable record-keeping duties and resolve disputes.
